My name is Marcus Brown. For the past six years, I’ve built my career in Residential Asset Management, starting as a leasing agent right out of university and growing into leading leasing teams across Toronto, Seattle, and Vancouver. Along the way, I’ve negotiated deals with some of Canada’s largest housing providers, generating more than $100,000 in monthly revenue. I’ve also modernized operations—transitioning from paper cheques to digital rent payments with a loyalty program for 1,000+ residents—boosting both retention and community engagement. I’m passionate about spotting challenges and transforming them into strengths.
And I’m Beatriz Batoon. I’ve spent over 10 years in real estate, starting in residential leasing with Bosa and Westbank, where I led operations and lease-ups for some of Vancouver’s most exciting purpose-built rental communities. From there, I transitioned into consulting and development management at Colliers, supporting multi-phased redevelopment projects and working closely with clients, consultants, civic staff, and community leaders. Most recently, I’ve been part of CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics team, where I’ve supported one of Vancouver’s top-performing groups through client services, marketing, and operations.
What ties us together is a shared passion for aligning people and projects—whether it’s helping residents find a home, supporting businesses with strategy, or managing the moving parts of a major development. We bring structure and organization, but also care and connection, because we believe real estate is about people just as much as it is about buildings.
